CLARK MARRIOTT CLINCHES TOP DOT REGION III AWARDS

CLARK FREEPORT—Clark Marriott Hotel further cemented its standing as one of Central Luzon’s leading hospitality establishments after emerging as the grand winner of the Tourism Quality Award for Hotel at the Department of Tourism (DOT) Region III’s Tourism Recognition for Enterprises and Stakeholders (TRES) Awards.

The recognition underscores the hotel’s commitment to service excellence, world-class facilities, and consistently elevated guest experiences. The award was based on a rigorous evaluation covering the quality of accommodations, guest satisfaction, service delivery, sustainability practices, and overall operational excellence.

In a separate distinction, Clark Marriott also received the Mabuhay Award for Excellence in Hospitality, recognizing its five-star rating under the DOT’s national accreditation system. The accolade was granted following an assessment of the property’s performance across multiple operational areas.

Adding to the hotel’s achievements, Paolo Vinuya, Clark Marriott’s PR and Strategic Alliances Manager, was named grand winner of the Mabuhay Award for Personnel.

The citation highlighted Vinuya’s ability to mobilize partners and stakeholders, champion sustainable practices, and integrate international hospitality standards with Filipino culture to enrich the guest experience.
