‘Clark, the place for family bonding’ – Devanadera

CLARK FREEPORT— Clark Development Corporation (CDC) is promoting this Freeport as a premier destination for family bonding, according to CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera emphasizing the importance of green and open spaces and led efforts to create family-friendly environments.

“There’s a cost to maintaining our parks, but it’s worth it. Because then, we can have a brand for the CDC, let’s have a brand for Clark—that this is the place for family bonding,” Atty. Devanadera said.

“I encourage all officials and employees of the CDC to visit Clark and bring your families,” said Atty. Devanadera, who herself, with three grandchildren, sets an example of this practice.

The CDC president underscored the organization’s commitment to both financial targets and serving surrounding communities.

“With what we earn, it’s only right that we share with the community by making our parks and open spaces accessible to all,” she added.

“I would like to request that our Security Services Group (CDC-SSG) open all parking spaces to outsiders, especially on weekends. Our goal is to encourage people to visit here,” she emphasized.

During the February 5 flag-raising ceremony, Atty. Devanadera launched the “Green Office” initiative, requiring each division to decorate their workspaces with indoor plants to promote mental well-being.

Atty. Devanadera reiterated the CDC’s commitment to environmental stewardship, highlighting efforts to maintain Clark’s green open spaces. These initiatives align with the corporation’s goal of promoting Clark as a vibrant and sustainable live, work, and play community.
