The Office of the Governor of Pampanga has declared classes for Tuesday, August 16, cancelled in the province.
Classes from Pre-School to Senior High School, public or private, are suspended as heavy monsoon rains are expected to persist.
The public is advised to stay safe in light of torrential rains.
