DINALUPIHAN, Bataan — On the third year of the late Governor and Congressman Enrique “Tet” Garcia Jr.’s death anniversary, Municipal Mayor Maria Angela “Gila” Garcia revealed a wonderful gift for Dinalupiheños.
Right beside the Bulwagan ng Bayan at the back of the municipal hall, a Community-Based Rehabilitation Center is located. The facility is for those indigent stroke patients of Dinalupihan.

Both buildings were constructed using funds from the Provincial Government of Bataan.

Right after the Holy Mass attended by friends, relatives and public servants from all sectors, Mayor Gila Garcia toured the members of the Bataan Press to the said facility.

The initial pieces of equipment were donated by the Garcia Family, particularly those used by the late Governor during his physical therapy days after he suffered a mild stroke.

At present, the physical therapy center has 11 patients since they started operations in May 11, 2019.

“Malaking biyaya po ito. Dati nag therapy ako pero nahinto kasi wala na po akong pera. Mapalad kami mayroon kami nito sa tulong ni Mayor Gila Garcia. Libre na aircon pa,” says Marcella Cabiling during the interview with Bataan newsmen.
