Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. presents a Certificate of Recognition, cash incentive, and a copy of “Cong Tarzan: A Public Life” to Miss International 2025 4th Runner-Up Myrna Esguerra during her visit on December 9, 2025.
Esguerra’s triumph in Miss International is a dream come true for Lazatin. Back in the Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 pageant, where Esguerra was also crowned as 4th Runner-Up, Lazatin said that he hopes to have a product of the Mutya Ning Angeles winning on the international stage.
