Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago announced on Monday that the City Government of San Fernando is all set for this year’s Alay Lakad with the theme “Abe-Abe Takbang Para Kareng Kayanakan Pakamalan.”

Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago and Councilor BJ Lagman join in a photo opportunity the members of the Alay Lakad 2017 Executive Committee.

“We are conducting this fund-raising activity yearly to help the out of school youth in our city gain the necessary education by providing them financial assistance in order for them to uplift their economic status. Also present during the activity were City Councilor BJ Lagman, Alay Lakad 2017 Executive Committee chaired by Enrique David and City Social Welfare and Development Officer Iris Biliwang.
