Customer Care Center – Port of Subic gets ISO Certified

Subic Bay Freeport – Bureau of Customs (BOC) Customer Care Center-Port of Subic (CCC-Subic) was awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification from TUV SUD Philippines yesterday, Jan. 18, 2021.

Part of the Bureau’s 10-Point Priority program is to sustain its efforts in providing quality service to its Stakeholders by aligning all BOC offices with the standards set by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification is issued to organizations who successfully demonstrates their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.

District Collector of the Port, Atty. Maritess T. Martin  is very proud to announce that finally, the ports’s CCC is ISO Certified and the administration is currently working on making the whole Port certified. Transparency and better service is what Martin promised to the Port’s stakeholders.

Vilma Radam, head of CCC-Subic, is grateful for this achievement and commended her whole team for their utmost cooperation to achieve their goal. The Port expresses their gratitude to the whole IIQMSO team headed by Dir. Leandro Loyao III for their unending guidance and support to CCC-Subic.
