Angeles City – Young Entrepreneur Jeffrey Del Mundo, founder and President of Del Mundo Prime Holdings Incorporated (Inc) has opened the DM Prime Building along Henyfel St., in the business district of Balibago on Wednesday.
The grand opening kicked off with a motorcade at the city proper followed by a blessing by Monsignor Jose Lacap.
“Initially I was looking for one location where I can merge all of my businesses with totally distinct elements but will complement each other, like a synergy, under one roof”, Del Mundo said.
“The structure will function as an office, fitness center, a restobar, KTV Lounge, with a professional car wash and detailing, among others”, he added.
DM Prime Holdings, Inc., duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission ventured into the following: Techno Global Infinity Solutions (a Business Process Outsource [BPO] Company); Lemon Bar and KTV (a thirst-quenching and wholesome family music place), Lemon Jar Café (sandwiches, pasta, lemonades, & short orders), DMX Gym (a fitness center with boxing, Muay Thai and weight lifting for the health & fitness buff) and Shiners Pro Car Wash, Detailing & Painting (a drive-thru car wash using the latest technique in the auto industry).
Del Mundo, who came from a humble and typical Filipino family attributed his successes in the field of business to Dr. Irineo Alvaro.
“Truly my inspiration is Dr. Irineo Alvaro Jr., known to many as “Bong”, is also my boss, mentor, guru, industry partner and a friend. He is like a father to me as he always reminded me of the old adage: Do not give him a fish, teach him how to catch his own fish”, Del Mundo shared.
Dr. Irineo ‘Bong” Alvaro Jr. was the Guest of Honor during the ceremonial ribbon cutting.

Who would have thought, many years back, Jeff as my staff, would one day be a successful young entrepreneur. He remains to be well grounded and a blessing to others. DM Prime Building is now open with business hours from 7am to 2am, Monday to Sunday.
