BALANGA CITY — Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completed the asphalt paving of a 758.65-linear meter section of Gov. JJ Linao Road.
Located in barangay Nagbalayong in Morong, it was implemented by Bataan 1st District Engineering Office.
District Engineer Erlindo Flores Jr. said the project seeks to improve road pavement serviceability.
This asset preservation project is among those implemented by DPWH geared towards improving the travel experience of motorists and commuters.
Morong has many tourism destinations with barangay Nagbalayong being home to Kairukan Falls, Limutan Falls, and Mount Natib,
“Thus, providing visitors with safe and better access will have a positive impact on the province’s tourism industry,” Flores stressed.
