DTI-Bataan to launch “Kapatid Mentor Me Program”

BALANGA CITY – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-Bataan) in partnership with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc. and Go Negosyo, is scheduled to launch and implement the Kapatid Mentor Me Program (KMME) here in Bataan.

Nelin Cabahug, OIC-provincial director of DTI Bataan said KMME aims to help the micro and small entrepreneurs (MSEs) scale up their businesses thru the weekly coaching and mentoring by business owners and practitioners on different functional areas of entrepreneurship.

“This program is under the Kapatid Angat Lahat. This will provide business owners the opportunity to gain confidence in their business,” Cabahug told IOrbit News.
The activity, Cabahug added, will also educate business owners on how they can actively take part in an economy that is constantly developing thus, inspiring them to contribute to economic growth and also address the issues on unemployment nationwide.

The launching will be on May 26, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Louis Resort and Restaurant in this component city.

DTI Bataan, Cabahug said, will be gladly entertain inquiries thru their number 237-3005 and look for Nora Reclosado or Jinina Ednalino. The registration is free. –Mhike R. Cigaral
