DTI opens 1Bataan Negosyo Center

BALANGA CITY — Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) opened the 1Bataan Negosyo Center located at the 2nd floor of The Bunker.

This aims to help micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) promote and bring their local products to the market.

DTI Provincial Director Nelin Cabahug said the 1Bataan Negosyo Center will help them in assisting MSMEs and continue providing service amid the pandemic.

Cabahug also encouraged new business owners to register their businesses with DTI in order to assist them in the promotion and growth of their businesses.

For his part, Governor Albert Garcia said projects like these are one of the reasons why Bataan was once again awarded as the “Most Business-Friendly Province” in the country at the 47th Philippine Business Conference and Expo.

“1Bataan Negosyo Center is very important in providing service to the public especially now that we are opening our economy and our MSMEs need to recover from the losses caused by the pandemic,” Garcia furthered.

The facility is the 13th Negosyo Center in the province and 134th in Central Luzon.
