President Rodrigo Duterte joins the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) President and Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan and other officers and members of the City Mayors League after the former addressed the 65th General Assembly of the LCP which was held in Taguig City on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Earlier, Pamintuan was included in the narco list released by the Napolcom. Pamintuan has denied his involvement in illegal drugs trade.
