ANGELES CITY – Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan has received the 2018 Raul S. Roco Award for Public Service Excellence (RRAPSE) from San Beda University on Tuesday.
Pamintuan, an alumnus of the San Beda College of Law, received the award during the Red and White Ball spearheaded by the San Beda Alumni Association.
The award, named after Senator Raul Roco to honor the ideals that distinguished his life, was presented by Ms. Sonia Roco, widow of the late Senator Roco.
