Soon to rise in Mimosa Clark is the newest 201-hectare premier leisure and business destination of the North, the Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City formerly Mimosa Leisure Estate, geared to elevate business, tourism and real estate industry in Clark.
Filinvest Mimosa+ is envisioned to set the bar higher for innovative townships focusing on four components, leisure, business, residential and nature.
“We envision a leisure metropolis that is very much nature-inspired. We want it to be the top of mind destination for tourism and commerce in Clark and in the North,” Filinvest Executive Vice President Catherine Ilagan claimed.
Housed in its strategic location in Clark is the Quest Hotel and Conference Center (QHCC) which takes pride in providing guests a family-friendly ambiance. It has 303 guestrooms, Mequeni Restaurant and Charley’s Bar, swimming pool and fitness center. The hotel recently opened its two luxury Grand Villas with three bedrooms each, own pool, living room, dining room and kitchen.
QHCC served as venue to exclusive business conferences such as MICE and the recent ASEAN Summit. It has eight function rooms which can cater 1,000 attendees. Soon, the Grand Pavillion with a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, bar terrace and garden for outdoor gatherings will be made available.
The soon to open Executive Lounge will give guests a 360- degree view of the mountain ranges, a perfect spot to witness the blends of hues in the sky as sun rises and sets.
The 150-hectare Mimosa Golf Course, wherein various prestigious tournaments are being held, requires no membership.
“Filinvest pioneers in developing successful mixed urban communities, and we look forward to unveiling the enhanced Filinvest Mimosa+ ,” Ilagan said.
In 2018, two new office buildings will be home to various corporate offices.
The development of nature-inspired and al fresco lifestyle, shopping, dining and events hub is underway. It will have its own Event Grounds, a sprawling venue for biggest events in the North.
Functional green spaces such as nature parks, biking zones and the beautifully landscaped Acacia Park will serve as nature sanctuary for residents and guests.
