Mabalacat City Mayor Marino Morales recently awards four emergency rescue vehicles to Barangays Poblacion, Sapang Balen, Sto. Rosario and Lakandula at the Mabalacat City Hall Annex in the Clark Freeport Zone. Mabalacat City is one of the progressive cities of Pampanga province.
