New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac — The much-anticipated inaugural New Clark City Multisport Festival is ready to kick off this weekend, welcoming over 900 registered participants across a variety of exciting events.
From the spirited Pho3nix Kids Philippines and adult Aquathlon races on Saturday, to the adrenaline-pumping, Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquavelo competitions for adults on Sunday, the festival promises a world-class multisport experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Organized by GoRacePH, the festival highlights New Clark City’s status as a premier venue for multisport events, with its state-of-the-art facilities and scenic courses designed to challenge and inspire athletes.
This weekend’s gathering marks a milestone for the region’s growing sports community and underscores the city’s readiness to host large-scale, high-caliber sporting events.
There’s a race for EVERYONE
The festival kicks off on Saturday with the Pho3nix Kids Event, a specially designed race to introduce young athletes to the excitement of multisport competition. This event fosters a supportive and fun environment where kids can build confidence, develop skills, and experience the joy of racing.
Sunday at the New Clark City Multisport Festival features a dynamic lineup of events designed to challenge both veteran competitors and enthusiastic newcomers alike. Athletes will test their endurance and versatility across the Sprint Duathlon (3km run – 25km bike – 6km run) and the Sprint Triathlon (500m swim – 25km bike – 6km run) while the Aquavelo event combines a 900m swim and a 50km bike leg.
For those seeking a longer test, the 6290 Triathlon and 6290 Team Relay offer a 900m swim,50km bike, and 12km run, while the grueling 68K Duathlon (6km run – 50km bike – 12km run) will test the legs and grit of our athletes.
