Language and Call Center Fundamentals Training

Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Vice President for Finance Alizaido F. Paras (2nd row, center) shares a moment with 34 participants of the Language and Call Center Fundamentals Training. The culminating ceremony was held at the Clark Skills and Training Center (formerly Clark Polytechnic) after the 22-day program spearheaded by CDC in partnership with Sutherland Global Services, Philippines, Inc., (SGSPI). Also present were (L-R) Greg Bravo, College Connect Director; Brian De Vera, Recruitment Director; Christian Stephens, AVP for Service Delivery; all from SGSP, Zorayda Camello, AVP for Admin.; Rommel C. Narciso, AVP for External Affairs, both from CDC. The state-run CDC in partnership with SGSPI launched the first Language and Call Center Fundamentals in September 2015.
