Lazatin brothers turn over P41-M JHS bldg

ANGELES CITY — In line with the educational programs of Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. and Pampanga 1st District Rep. Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II, a newly-constructed four-storey building amounting to P41.4 million was turned over to Northville 15 Integrated School here on February 20, 2020.

The said building will be occupied by Junior High School students, where 20 classrooms would be available.

According to Mayor Lazatin, this is a step forward in elevating the education system in the city by providing quality facilities for learning.

“To provide maximum learning, we must first establish a conducive learning environment through quality facilities that will make it easier for the younger generation because they deserve it,” he said.

The Lazatin brothers further said the JHS building is only the beginning of more infrastructure support to the City’s public schools.

Rep. Lazatin mentioned he and Mayor Lazatin would continue to work as a team to uplift their educational programs, which will benefit the students, the schools, and the teachers.

Mayor Lazatin also reminded the students and employees to cherish and protect the facility for longevity.

Moreover, Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting commended the hard work of the teachers in guiding and educating students.

Also present to witness the event were Schools Division Superintendent Ma. Irelyn Tamayo, Barangay Cutud Captain Joen June Ferraris, Northville 15 Integrated School Principal Ariel Perez, school teachers, among others.
