Splurge on the best ‘pancit palabok’ and ‘puto babi’ at Lola Nor’s ‘meryendahan’ in Barangay Poblacion, Mabalacat City. Named after Leonor Quizon Jocson, Lola Nor’s meryendahan was established in 2013. It is now managed by daughter Elsa Yabut, husband Reymond Yabut and Edgar Torres.
