MABALACAT CITY — City Mayor Marino ‘Boking’ Morales has lauded the City Social Welfare and Development Officer (CSWDO) led by Josephine Tanglao for having bagged the regional and national Gawad Paglilingkod sa Sambayanan (GAPAS) Award. The CSWDO which has implemented quality day care services has garnered 100 percent DSWD accreditation for both child development centers and workers.
