“Made in Clark” mark leads export push

CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) is positioning Clark as a national model for export-driven growth with the formal launch of the “Made in Clark” certification mark—an initiative designed to elevate the identity and global competitiveness of products manufactured within the Freeport.

During the PhilExport Region III General Membership Meeting, CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera emphasized that the certification mark, now registered with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), aims to give local manufacturers and exporters greater market visibility, promote trust in quality, and instill pride in the Clark brand.

“The ‘Made in Clark’ mark is more than a label—it is a symbol of innovation, reliability, and world-class standards,” Devanadera said.

To complement the initiative, CDC announced the expansion of Deco Central, the Freeport’s one-stop hub for local products. A new exhibition and conference wing will soon rise, alongside landmark lighting, curated displays, and regular events to drive tourism, investment, and retail traffic.

Devanadera also paid tribute to former President and Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, acknowledging her foundational role in Clark’s development and continued support for CDC’s programs to empower the export sector.

With a strategic focus on branding, infrastructure, and industry support, CDC’s “Made in Clark” campaign underscores the Freeport’s vision to become a leading innovation and export hub in Southeast Asia.
