Mayor EdSa inspects Azure North development

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO– Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago, together with City Building Officer Engineer Efren De Leon and City Engineer Anele David, inspected on Tuesday the towers of Azure North, a future high-rise landmark here.

Developed by Century Properties Group, Inc., the three-tower project is located right at the San Fernando exit of North Luzon Expressway and across SM City Pampanga and Robinson’s Starmills. These prime residential towers offer an exciting lifestyle as the first and only beachfront residential towers in Pampanga with a white sand beach lagoon, wave and lap pools, an exclusive beach club, and resort-inspired residences.

De Leon said the developer complied with all necessary documents and permits including the compliance to Presidential Decree 1096 or the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP). Azure North had already turned-over condo units to its accepted owners. The move-in will happen after the developer receives the occupancy permit to be issued by the City Government.

Meanwhile, Santiago regarded Azure North as another landmark of San Fernando, complementing the Paskuhan Village.

“We are very thankful na nag-invest ang Century Properties dito sa San Fernando. It will be our pride, biruin mo mayroon tayong another landmark. Kunwari galing ka ng Manila, alam mong nasa San Fernando ka na dahil sa dalawang landmarks. Una yung Paskuhan Village and pangalawa these towers of Azure North,” the mayor said.
