Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana gives the plaque of merit to Philippine Air Force Reservist Lt. Albert Corres, who has been adjudged AFP Reservist Officer of the Year (2017) Company Grade Level, which was recently given at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City. The award was signed by the AFP Chief of Staff Eduardo Ano.
