‘Tis the Season where everyone loves to eat, celebrate a meal with loved ones and feast that celebrates Christmas. The Christmas Feast or also known as Noche Buena is a traditional event that happens a night before Christmas. It is where after the entire family gather all together also dubbed at the feast to end all feasts. No punches are pulled and there is no holding back with the last feast before the most special day.

Being the feast of all feasts, preparations for the Noche Buena can be a bit overwhelming, especially when everyone is busy with work.

A Night before Christmas Surf and Turf Style

Along with the buffet stations, a surf and turf style is set for the main course. A choice may vary from Duo of US Prime Roast Beef and Grilled King Prawn or Roast Turkey with Grilled Salmon Steak both served with green asparagus, sweet potato and pumpkin gratin.

Surf and turf or surf ‘n’ turf is the main course in American cuisine which combines seafood and meat. It is particularly common in British/Irish-style pubs in North America and North American steakhouses, The “surf” part can refer to lobster, prawns, or shrimp, which may be grilled or breaded and fried. The “turf” part usually refers to a steak.

Prepare your stomach with aperitif and hors-d’oeuvres as pre-dinner cocktails will be served at Café’ Midori to all confirmed attendees.

Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet is priced at Php 1,700 net for walk-in guests and Php 850 net for children ages 4-12 years old. A special rate of Php 1,500 net for in-house guests. Pre-dinner cocktail starts at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Café’ Midori and dinner follow after at Festa Hall.
