Oldietorium

Capping off the ‘Grandparents Week’ celebration, SM Cares Senior Citizens Program recently launched the ‘Oldietorium’ at SM City Marilao featuring vintage pieces to show the younger generation on how things were done before. The antiques on display are from Marilao Museum Collections and Marilao Tourism Council that house vintage items of prominent personalities of Marilao. The SM Cares Senior Citizens Program takes on projects that not only recognize the elderly’s vast contribution to their families and the nation but alleviate their stature as important members of society. Danny Chavez, Director for SM Cares Program for Senior Citizens, said it is the company’s commitment that its deeply rooted values care for the elderly which is consistent with SM’s thrust of being a mall for all.
