Essential establishments like market, grocery stores and pharmacies will remain open and individuals bearing the quarantine pass are the ones allowed to go out.

Police authorities have also implemented a 24-hour check on control points.
PPO also released the COVID-19 Two-Test Rule (Muli ka or Pwede ka) which guides the public who is allowed and not to go out of their houses.

Currently, a total of 141 roads in the province were closed to contain the spread of coronavirus disease.
