PDEA nabs Orani’s big time drug pushers

ORANI, Bataan – Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA-Bataan) led by Chief Agent John Jerme Almerino, Bataan Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) led by Police Captain Phoe Pangan and Orani MPS collared two suspected drug pushers in Barangay Tugatog of this town, Wednesday afternoon.

Agent Almerino identified the suspects as Angelito Santos, 52, and his cohort Relly Bautista, 31.

Confiscated during a raid and buy bust operation at Santos’ residence were more or less 50 grams of crystal meth also known as “shabu” with a street value of P300,000; 2 pieces P1,000 bills used as marked money, lighter and sling bag.

“Halos isang buwan namin na-surveillance itong si Santos, masyadong mailap. Malakas magbenta ito. Itong nasabat namin pang isang araw lang niyang benta ito,” Captain Pangan told iOrbitNews.
Pangan added that Bautista serves as Santos’ runner and errand boy in his transactions. 

Both suspects were brought to PDEA Central Luzon Office in San Fernando City, Pampanga for proper documentation and disposition.
