The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF), organizer of the highly successful “The Weekend of Everything That Flies,” said organizers of the hot air balloon festival slated in June 2022 in the Clark Freeport Zone, used their photo “without our permission or consent.” PIHABF is the original organizer of the Clark balloon fest since 1994.
