The Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistent excellent service. This is only presented to approximately 10% of total businesses registered on the said travel website. As of writing, Quest Plus is consistent in its 4 out of 5 rating.
Despite undergoing renovations, Quest Plus Clark proved that the said inconveniences will not deter the staff and management in providing excellent service to its guests and clients.
