BALANGA CITY – Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) PENRO Bataan OIC, chief Raymond Rivera will be the next PENRO of DENR Zambales.
Rivera in an interview with this reporter last Friday, said he received the Special Order No. 2018-459 from DENR Secretary Roy A. Cimatu last Thursday, assigning him to the province of Zambales.

Meanwhile, Raul Mamac, who was formerly assigned in Zambales and office of the DENR Regional Director will be reassigned as the PENR chief of DENR Bataan.
The Special Order also stated that Atty. Ricardo Lazaro, former DENR Bataan PENR chief will be the OIC PENRO of DENR Aurora, Rafael Otic as PENRO chief of Pampanga, Emelita Lingat as PENRO chief of Tarlac, Celia Esteban as PENRO chief of Bulacan and Joselito Blanco as PENRO chief of Nueva Ecija.
Sec. Cimatu’s Order is effective immediately since May 30, 2018.
