Robbery hold-up suspect busted

The City of San Fernando Police arrested one of the suspects involved in the series of robbery hold-up incidents along JASA Road particulary at the bridge near Wilcon Home Depot and Toyota Pampanga.

The suspect, identified as Emil Mago Y Prias alias “Mel”, male, construction worker, resident of Purok 9, Balimbing, Brgy San Jose, this City and included in the Target List of drug personalities of this Station, was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the SDEU, CSFPS around 07:46 PM April 23, 2018 at vicinity Bgy San Jose, this City.

Mago’s companion, however, also a robbery holdup suspect and a Newly Identified Drug Personality of this Station (NIDP), identiffied as Jonathan Sarmiento Alias Bugal, 28, male, married, jobless, a resident of Brgy. Dela Paz Sur, this City, managed to escape.

Confiscated from Mago’s possession and control were: twelve (12) pieces (to include the subject of sale) plastic sachet suspected to be shabu; and, one (1) piece Five Hundred Peso bill with serial number AL580056 as marked money.

A case for violation of Sections 5 and 11, RA 9165 will be filed through Inquest Proceedings against Mago and his at larged companion Jonathan Sarmiento @Bugal at the City Prosecutor’s Office, this City.

The group of Mago was said to be behind in at least two recorded robbery holdup incidents that took place around 1am April 15 and 10:30pm April 22, 2018 victimizing:

1. Sharralyn Fel Rosario y Pestanio, 21 years old single and resident of San Jose Balanga Bataan; and,

2. Anthony Joseph Calibaquib y Edquiban, 19, single, resident of Villa Quintana Tucop, Dinalupihan, Bataan, respectively.

Both incidents took place in nearby Wilcon Home Depot and Toyota Pampanga, this City.
