This is open to all shoppers of SM City Tarlac. Promo period at SM City Tarlac is from March 15 – April 15, 2018. In redeeming tickets, just head to SM City Tarlac and present single or accumulated receipts. For General Admission (Gen Ad) tickets, just present a single or accumulated receipts dated March 16 – April 15 worth P1,000 for one (1) General Admission Pass. For VIP tickets, just present a single or accumulated receipts dated March 16 – April 15 worth P5,000for one (1) VIP Pass. Receipts from any SM City Tarlac establishments are allowed, except service/bills payment establishments. SM City Tarlac Gen Ad Passes are limited to 12,000 pieces and 3,000 pieces for VIP only.
Upon presentation of receipt/s, shoppers will be given the equivalent pass. Issuance of passes will be at the ground level of SM City Tarlac on March 16 – April 15, 2018. All passes will be valid as Entrance Tickets to the Castaway Music Festival on April 15, 2018 at The Roof Deck of SM City Tarlac.
The following are the things to know before you go: Gates will open at 5PM. Strictly no-ticket, no-entry, no-re-entry policy. All sharp objects including but not limited to ballpoint pens, pencils, knives, as well as items considered as deadly weapon will not be permitted inside the venue. Dress comfortably, any accessory with large spikes, chains and buckles will not be allowed inside the venue. Food and drinks purchased outside the venue will not be allowed inside. Chairs of any type, drugs and other illegal substances will not be allowed inside the venue. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a ticketed parent/guardian. SM Supermalls reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who is deemed a threat to the safety and security of the event, the artists and festival goers.
