Members of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority secure the area and subdue a “suspect” during a simulated hostage-taking scenario held on Dec. 6 at the Harbor Point Ayala Mall in the Subic Bay Freeport. The exercise is part of the security program of the elite law enforcement group.
