The 1st Tarlac Robotics Governor’s Cup will gather Junior and Senior High School students from public and private schools nationwide to showcase robotics-based solutions to community challenges.
With the theme “Technology for Resilient Communities,” the competition aims to promote creativity, collaboration, and the use of science and technology for social development.
Department of Science and Technology Provincial Director Karen Dañez said the event seeks to spark students’ interest in STEM by giving them a platform to demonstrate their engineering and robotics skills.
Registration and abstract submission are open until January 16, 2026. Each team must include two Junior High School students, one Senior High School student, and one coach, with 25 teams advancing to the final round.
