Twenty two years old Joanne Marie E. Thornley will represent Angeles City in Miss Universe Philippines 2024. The 5’9” beauty is from Barangay Balibago, Angeles City and 3rd year college student of De La Salle—College of Saint Benilde taking up Fashion Design. Thornley was crowned Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 and Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2023 1st Runner Up.
