Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA)/ Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) Coordinator Rowena dela Cruz, Councilors Bok Tiglao and Ruvielane Margarito,Vice Mayor Christian Halili, Mabalacat Federation of Persons with Disability (MFPWD) President Esteban Buan, PDAO Head Michael Miranda, OSCA Head Rizalino Tuazon and Councilor Dan Bayani lead the distribution of wheelchairs to five senior citizens and four persons with disability during the flag raising ceremony on Oct. 3 at Mabalacat City Hall, Xevera. The wheelchairs were funded under the Gender and Development budget of the City Social Welfare and Development Office headed by Josie Basilio Tanglao.
