Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. visited the temporary stalls of the wet section of the Pampang Public Market on Thursday. Lazatin vowed to help the vendors, who are complaining of lack of adequate electricity supply, no water supply, poor garbage collection and drainage maintenance. Lazatin brought the matter to the Office of Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan through an official communication.
