Yabut files CoC for Pampanga 4th Dist congressional seat

Former board member Ricardo Yabut has filed his Certificate of Candidacy (CoC) for representative of the province’s 4th District.

Yabut will run against incumbent 4th district Rep. Juan Pablo “Rimpy” Bondoc.

Running as an independent, Yabut vowed to lobby for more infrastructure and development projects for the district if elected.

He also vows to address the needs of various groups and sectors through legislation as well as continue social programs for Pampanga’s fourth district.

Further, he wants to secure a legislation for the education of out-of-school youths.

Yabut, a former three-term board member, is considered as among the leading political figures in the fourth district.

His legislative agenda was focused on environment, education, health, and infrastructures.

An active member and former president of the Rotary Club of Central Pampanga, Manila Lingkod Bayan Lions Club and other non-government groups in the province, he authored many environmental and social ordinances for the province.
