2 suspects yield P700K shabu in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS — Pampanga police operatives arrested two suspected drug peddlers who yielded more than P700,000 worth of “shabu” on Thursday in a buy-bust operation in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga. 

Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said his men arrested in an entrapment in Bgy. Moras Dela Paz, Sto. Tomas  Richard Cayanan alias “Bombay,” 28, of 33, Zone 4, Sitio Sampaloc, Brgy., Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; and Kennex Musngi alias “Keng”, 26, of 342, Sitio Troso, Brgy. Lagundi, Mexico, Pampanga.

Seized from the two were three plastic sachets and one knot-tied plastic sachet containing shabu weighing at least 105 grams valued at P714,000.

Ibay said the two suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
