The Juan D. Nepomuceno Sons, Inc., (JDN) opened its newest addition to their chains of commercial investments, the Newpoint Mall, in Angeles City.
Newpoint Mall is part of the 14-floor mixed-use development of JDN. The mall occupies three and a half floors, while the other four and a half floors are dedicated for parking and the last six floors are alloted for
the expanding business process outsourcing industry in the city.
The new building is currently under the final stage of construction and has a foot print of 4,600 square per meter per floor. The project’s target date of completion is on the third quarter of 2016.
JDN started their business ventures in 1979 to own, hold, manage and administer real and personal properties.
After having enough source of income, JDN decided to establish the Nepo Mall in 2002. The mall was constructed on a 16,795-square meter lot owned by JDN and started operations in December 2002.
In 2010, the company constructed Entec Building, a nine-storey building with a total leasable space of about 7,000 square meter. The first floor has been leased out to a bank, a convenience store, and a restaurant.
The second to the eight floors are intended for BPO companies. It also houses a function room and a lush meeting room on the ninth floor.
The building has a CAA certified helipad for convenient and safe helicopter landing and takeoff.
In 2012, JDN constructed a food strip at the Nepo Quadrangle named, “The Quad @ Nepo.” It has 23 units and six spaces available for retail carts.
The food strip has a total of 1,908 square meter leasable area. It has 150 parking slots available not only for the foodstrip customers but also for the establishments and businesses that surround the area.
