CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (Go Negosyo) conducted Monday its Mentor ME on Wheels in Pampanga.
“The program aims to bring business mentorship closer to every Filipino. It is designed to provide access to capacity building for the underserved and unserved micro, small and medium enterprises through an on-site free one on one mentorship encounters conducted by the esteemed network of Go Negosyo Mentors,” DTI Regional Director Judith P. Angeles said.
“Modules focus on Entrepreneurial Mind-setting and Marketing, which are the necessary learnings in the developmental stage of an entrepreneur,” Angeles added.
In 2018 alone, 3,972 mentees benefited from the program. It also provided a significant increase in the number of Go Negosyo mentors wherein a total of 760 mentors participated and shared their time and expertise to the mentees. For 2019, the program is set to roll out in 15 regions.
