CAMP OLIVAS — Two most wanted fugitives in Calabarzon and Bicol regions were apprehended in separate operations in Bulacan on Tuesday.
The PRO3 identified the fugitives as Leonardo Santos Jr., PRO4A’s most wanted, who was arrested by the Plaridel police in collaboration with the PRO 4A PSOU.
The team located Santos in Bgy. Poblacion, Plaridel, Bulacan and served the warrant issued by the Binan RTC Branch 155, Biñan City, Laguna for rape.
In another operation in Bgy. Sampaloc, San Rafael, Bulacan, members of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) Bulacan, along with other police units, apprehended Pio Valenzuela, the No. 3 most wanted in Bicol region for murder.
