The Angeles City Council, headed by Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, on February 6, 2024 awards a resolution of commendation to IC Calaguas, Chief Adviser of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., at the Session Hall, City Council Building.
Calaguas received a resolution of commendation for being elected as the new chairperson of the Aviation Security Unit 3 – Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (AVSEU-3-RAGPTD).
City Councilor Alexander Indiongco sponsored Resolution No. 11106 Series of 2024 recognizing and congratulating Calaguas for her election as AVSEU-3-RAGPTD chairperson.
Calaguas replaced pioneering chairman Dr. Irineo “Bong” Alvaro whose term has expired.
Calaguas thanked Alvaro for organizing the advisory group and for putting the best possible people together, who are all committed to assisting the aviation security group.
The advisory group is mainly tasked to assist the AVSEU3 to be able to carry out their duties more efficiently, and for the fulfillment of the group’s mission and vision in compliance with the PNP’s P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030.
