In celebration of the Christmas season, Kapampangan restaurant Cabalen has added holiday favorites on their menu.
Mary Ann Villamater, Cabalen SM City Clark area manager, said authentic FIlipino Christmas specialties including callos, paella, bibingka, suman bulagta and native chocolate have been added to their menu.
“This is the time of the year for the family to eat sumptuous food together so, we thought of giving our customers a taste of holiday treats made with the finest ingredients,” VIllamater said.
For the callos, Villamater said their patrons can expect a melt-in-your-mouth experience while eating tender ox tripe stew. For the paella, she said they will different variations including seafood paella, vegetarian paella and paella negra.
Villamater also said Cabalen will have a “Maagang Pamasko ng Cabalen” promo where in a customer will receive exciting items when they book events starting November 15 until December 31.
For 30 years, the Cabalen chain of restaurant has been the standard for excellent Filipino cuisine.
The restaurant was the first to introduce the best way to take the pleasure of Kapampangan cuisines through an array of food in the buffet line. It offers a wide selection of mouth-watering Kapampangan dishes from soup up to dessert combined with different choices of beverage as well.
Cabalen has become famous for its kare-kare, dinuguan, kaldereta, lechon paksiw, crispy kangkong, and tibok-tibok.
