CamSur’s most wanted nabbed in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS– A 43-year-old man wanted for murder and listed as most wanted person in Camarines Sur was  arrested on Wednesday in Arayat, Pampanga, ending his more than two decades of hiding.  

PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. has  identified the suspect as Leo Villamor, of  Bgy. Telapayong, Arayat, Pampanga, who was nabbed by joint operatives of the Arayat MPS, 303rd MC RMFB3 and Siruma MPS of Camarines Sur PPO at his residence.

Villamor has a standing warrant for murder issued by the Regional Trial Court  Branch 63 of  Calabanga, Camarines Sur dated January 16, 2002 with no bail recommended.

The suspect went into hiding for more than 21 years prior to his arrest in Pampanga.

“The successful arrest of Villamor is a result of intel-driven operations and diligent efforts to place lawless elements behind the bars of justice which is in line with PNP chief Gen. Benjamin Acorda’s  directive,” Hidalgo said.
