Carworld named best in customer service

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Carworld — the true home of Mitsubishi in Central and North Luzon — was named best in customer service, the only among the Japanese brand’s dealerships across the country, by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation.

During Mitsubishi Motors Philippines’ Business Partners Appreciation Night held at the Shangrila Hotel Makati on Monday, no less than Mitsubishi Motors President and Chief Executive Officer Osamu Masuko conferred the Best in Customer Service Index Award to Carworld, Inc. executives led by Chief Operating Officer Paul Laus, for the Carworld Marilao dealership of the LausAutoGroup.

“This is a very strong testament of our continuous drive for customer satisfaction. It is a testament of how we take care of our customers and how we value their trust and confidence in Carworld,” Laus said.

“It is not only in Carworld Marilao but you’ll find excellent customer service in every Carworld dealership—in the City of San Fernando, Subic, Malolos City and Tarlac City. Definitely, this tradition of delivering utmost customer care and satisfaction will continue,” he added.

He furthered that the recognitions of Carworld—grandslam champion in the Mitsubishi Skills Olympics and very recently having been named Perfect Service Team—are testimonies that the five dealerships put them a cut above the rest, especially with the continuous relevant training and resources poured in to build up, meet high expectations and raise the bar of excellence.

The Customer Service Index serves as a powerful tool in deciphering the needs and behavior of customers given their diverse perceptions and expectations.

It measures the overall satisfaction of vehicle owners who visited an authorized dealer/service center for maintenance and repair work. Service quality has the greatest impact on overall customer service satisfaction.
