CDC donates beds to Capas hospital

CLARK FREEPORT – In support to the government’s effort to provide quality medical services, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) donated beds converted into hospital use of the Ospital Ning Capas recently.

In a letter to CDC Officer In Charge Noel F. Manankil, Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan of Capas requested for 25 beds and 25 cushions for the use of the said government hospital.

Rommel C. Narciso, assistant vice president of the External Affairs Department of CDC (CDC-EAD), led the turnover of the hospital beds to Efren de Jesus, Municipal Administrator and other employees of CDC and local government of Capas.

The local government of Capas expressed thanks to the state-run firm as the donated beds will enable the LGU “to provide quality medical service to the growing population of the municipality and its neighboring towns.”

The said hospital is classified by the Department of Health (DOH) as a Level 1 facility with approved authorized bed capacity of 25.
