Duterte appoints Edpam as CL development council chief

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan as the new chairperson of the Central Luzon Regional Development Council (RDC).

Pamintuan was appointed by virtue of a letter from the President’s office.

As incoming RDC chairperson, Pamintuan will serve for three years which will coincide with his regular term as a local elected official.

Pamintuan is also the chairman of the League of Cities of the Philippines and a member of the government’s peace panel.
