Due to lack of school funds, Principal Suzette Punzalan of Talang High School in Candaba, Pampanga thought of an innovative approach to combat COVID-19 by installing handwashing facilities at the main entrance of the school and strategic areas by using old tin barrell cans, used plastic faucets, tubes and used aluminum basins.
