As part of the Kapihan at Talakayan sa Barangay Dolores on September 22, Mayor Edwin “Edsa” Santiago leads the formal blessing of the newly-constructed three-storey, twelve classroom building of the Dolores Senior High School. Joining him are Lyn Esguerra; Principal, Dolores Elementary School, Fernandina Otchengco; Chief of School Governance and the barangay officials.
